Hello,
This sounds lovely but unfortunately, I am a type 2 diabetic and I am quite sensitive to the sugars in fruit and it does not take much to push my sugar levels up. I have been following a keto diet for the last month cutting out carbs and fruit till I can get my sugar levels under control. Who knows, I maybe able to have this down the track.
Regards,
Beverley Ellison

Elderberries are lower in sugar than blueberries.
They are the active ingredient in Sambucol.
Anecdotally they are anti-viral.
Sweeten with keto sweeteners.
Banana, barely ripe is mostly starch. Same with plantains. Do your research to see if you can use either in place of mango. Both are excellent prebiotics that feed good gut bacteria which strengthens the immune system. A green tea base will help as egcg possesses some antiviral and antioxidant properties.
Anecdotally of course.

This was great! Even my kids loved it! I used MCT oil instead of coconut oil, and added a scoop of marine collagen, 2 dates, some shredded coconut, and a tsp of vanilla. Will definitely be making it again. Thank you!
