Blueberry Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (or ¼ tsp ground)
  • 1 Tablespoon turmeric root, peeled & chopped (or 1 tsp ground)
  • 2 teaspoons orange zest
  • 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth and creamy.

  1. Hello Katrina,
    After you slice a lime and squeeze all the juice, turn it inside out and run your fingers around it to get even more juce out.
    Use disposable gloves if you like
