Anti-Inflammatory Blueberry Turmeric Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (or ¼ tsp ground)
- 1 Tablespoon turmeric root, peeled & chopped (or 1 tsp ground)
- 2 teaspoons orange zest
- 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 drop Organixx Magi-Complexx essential oil or 1 capsule Organixx Joint & Muscle Care
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth and creamy.
- Enjoy!

After you slice a lime and squeeze all the juice, turn it inside out and run your fingers around it to get even more juce out.
Use disposable gloves if you like
