  2. The article suggested 20g of collagen daily whereas 1 scoop is equal to 8.5g, so one would need at least 2 scoops. Am I understanding this right? .

    • Hello JoAnn, This is a great question. This mention was specifically directed to women who may be experience bloating and other mild digestive symptoms. However, everyone does not take collagen for these reasons. Generally, our recommendation is one scoop a day which is 8.5g. This is considered a daily maintenance dose. Some people start with up to 3 scoops a day for the first month and then scale back to the 1 scoop maintenance dose. I hope this helps to explain it. Have an awesome day!

  3. Been using this for several months and still cannot say I've noticed any changes either internally or externally. It's also very difficult to get the product to dissolve in hot liquid as it tends to clump. Can't imagine trying to use it in cold liquids without the help of a blender.

    • Hi Karla, We appreciate you giving the product a try. It usually dissolves well in most liquids hot or cold. However, it may depend on the liquid you are mixing it into. I personally use a mason jar as a shaker jar and have no issues getting it to dissolve in cold liquids. Some people use and immersion blender. I hope this helps. Have a wonderful day!
