Collagen-Rich Strawberry Chocolate Smoothie
Ingredients
2-3 large pitted dates
1 cup unsweetened milk
2 ½ Tablespoons cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
¹⁄₁₆ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
1-2 scoops Organixx Clean Sourced Collagens powder (optional)
1 ½ cups frozen strawberries
Optional Toppings:
Scoop of coconut cream
Cocoa nibs/chocolate chips
Fresh strawberries
Extra Ceylon cinnamon
Instructions
- Blend up all of your ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
- Add more milk for a thinner consistency; ice for a thicker consistency.
- Pour into a glass, top with desired toppings, and enjoy!

Also, I never thanked you for another stellar recipe from a few years ago. It was an olive oil cake using almond flour baked in a ring pan. It is my all-time favorite, go-to recipe for functions. It freezes well, and I enjoy eating the leftovers too!
