Ingredients Highlights

Cocoa powder – the closer chocolate is to its original raw state, the more nutrients it retains and the better it is for you. When possible, use raw cacao powder (with two “A”s) instead of cocoa powder in your baking.

Collagen helps maintain the structure and integrity of skin, hair, nails, muscle tissue, bones, tendons, and more. Organixx Clean Sourced Collagens includes targeted nutrients such as zinc, vitamin C, and vitamin B6 which help to enhance the bioavailability and potency of collagen.

Dates are a high-fiber sugar alternative. They offer significant support for the digestive system, target parasites, and help remove yeast, heavy metals, and other pathogens from the gut.

Strawberries contain ellagic acid and a large number of polyphenols that help to rid the body of carcinogenic substances and inhibit the growth of abnormal cells.

  1. Hi. The link to print this recipe does not activate. I thought it was my system, but my tech guy came and could not get it to print.

    • Hi Sandra,

Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you're having some trouble printing our recipe.

We tested the "Print this Page" icon on the recipe page, and it is working on our end. If you are still having trouble with it, we suggest doing a 'Control P" on your computer as that function will also allow you to print the desired page as well.

Alternatively, you can always copy & paste the recipe into a word document and also print it that way.

We hope this helps and you decide to give this fabulous recipe a try. Cheers to your good health.

  2. Hi Sandra!

I'm so happy that you enjoyed this and the olive oil cake recipe.

Thanks for your feedback, I love hearing from friends who try the recipes. It makes my day.

I drank this entire recipe down myself. Soooo good. Happy Health to you!

  3. Fabulous recipe!! Makes enough for two.

    Thank you very much.

Also, I never thanked you for another stellar recipe from a few years ago. It was an olive oil cake using almond flour baked in a ring pan. It is my all-time favorite, go-to recipe for functions. It freezes well, and I enjoy eating the leftovers too!
