Antioxidant-Rich Grape Celery Juice
Ingredients
1 lb organic, washed green or red grapes (about 3 cups)
1 cup organic chopped celery stalks (about 2 stalks)
1 cup organic chopped cucumber (about ½ of a large cucumber)
½ cup filtered water (or more, if needed)
½ lemon, juiced
¹⁄₁₆ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- In a high-speed blender, add grapes, celery, and cucumber, along with ½ cup filtered water.
- Blend up well, adding more water if needed.
- Strain through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag.
- Whisk in lemon juice and cayenne pepper. Enjoy right away.
