Customer Service says
Thank you for tuning in, Jackie!
Unfortunately, Organixx does not sell matcha green tea powder. You may try purchasing it online or in your local grocery store. However, we do carry the 7M+ capsules that Katrina used for this dish: https://shop.organixx.com/products/7m-plus/.
We hope you enjoyed this recipe and please let us know if you have given this a try.
Thank you for being here with us and we wish you a lovely day!

In addition to chai seeds, would it be ok to include the same amount of hemp heart seeds and flax seed. In addition if I made a larger batch and refrigerated it, how long would it keep in the refrigerator.
Thank you so much for sharing this information and allowing us to ask questions.

Hi Chris, thank you for your questions. We appreciate it when our readers show interest in our recipes and take the time to leave their feedback.
Adding other seeds such as hemp heart and flax is a wonderful idea. Please keep in mind that there might be some changes in the outcome (taste, texture, cooling period) of the pudding due to the addition of ingredients from the original recipe we presented.
To add, a larger batch would mean that it will need longer time to completely cool and harden. Our advice it to put it in smaller containers like the bowls that Katrina used in the video if you want it to cool in a shorter period of time. We think it should easily keep in the fridge (covered) for 2-3 days. Of course, always use your best judgment and toss if something seems off.
We hope this helped. Have fun in recreating this recipe!
