Ingredients

1 grapefruit, peeled & seeds removed
2 stalks organic celery, chopped
1 cup fresh or frozen organic raspberries or blueberries
½ cup organic plain yogurt/kefir
½ cup (or more) nut/oat/hemp milk
1 Tablespoon hemp seeds
½ teaspoon ground ginger
1 packet Stevia or sweetener of choice (optional)

Optional Nutritional Boosters:

Instructions

  1. Blend up all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
  2. Add in ice for a thicker smoothie and more milk/water for a thinner consistency.
