Vitamin C-Rich Tea
Ingredients
4 cups filtered water
½ cup organic dried rose hips
1-2 inches fresh ginger root, peeled & sliced (depending on desired strength)
Per Serving Additional ingredients:
1 organic orange, juiced (about ¼ cup)
½ organic lemon, juiced (about 1 Tablespoon)
Optional Add-in:
1 scoop Organixx Clean Sourced Collagens powder
Instructions
- To a small pot, add filtered water. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add in rose hips and ginger root. Stir, cover, and let steep for 15 minutes then strain through a fine mesh strainer.
- To serve, add 1 cup of rose hip tea to a cup along with the orange and lemon juice. Add collagens powder, if using, and whisk together well. Garnish with Ceylon cinnamon and enjoy!
