Hydrating Turmeric Ginger Juice
Ingredients
⅓ cup peeled & sliced turmeric root
1 inch (or more) peeled & sliced ginger root
½ peeled or unpeeled organic lemon
2 cups unsweetened coconut water
⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 small organic apple (optional)
1 scoop Organixx OrganiGreens (optional)
Instructions
- Option 1: Using a juicer, juice ginger, turmeric, lemon, and apple. Whisk in coconut water, OrganiGreens powder (if using), and cayenne pepper.
- Option 2: Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender except for OrganiGreens powder and cayenne pepper. Blend up well, and filter juice through a fine mesh strainer or a nut milk bag.
- Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy!
