Deep Sleep, Lower Stress Tonic

Ingredients

⅓ cup dried unsweetened tart cherries
2 large pitted dates, chopped (or your preferred sweetener)
½ cup hot filtered water
¼ cup gluten-free oats
1 cup lite coconut milk (or preferred unsweetened milk)
½ teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon turmeric
2 capsules Magnesium 7, contents emptied

Instructions

  1. Place cherries and chopped dates into a small bowl.
  2. Cover with ½ cup hot filtered water. Let soak for 10 minutes. Add to high-speed blender along with rest of ingredients.
  3. Blend up until smooth; this may take up to 2 minutes. Drink as is or heat up to desired temperature in a small pot over medium heat. Enjoy about an hour or 2 before bedtime.
