The Tissue Rebuilder – Broccoli Sprout, Kale, Cucumber & Aloe Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 1 handful of kale, chopped
  • 1 handful of broccoli sprouts
  • 1 tomato, quartered
  • ½ avocado
  • 2 Tablespoons aloe vera gel
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¾ cup spring water
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper powder
  • Sea salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and process on medium speed until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and garnish with a slice of lemon if desired.
  3. Enjoy!
