The Tissue Rebuilder – Broccoli Sprout, Kale, Cucumber & Aloe Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 1 handful of kale, chopped
- 1 handful of broccoli sprouts
- 1 tomato, quartered
- ½ avocado
- 2 Tablespoons aloe vera gel
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ¾ cup spring water
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper powder
- Sea salt, to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and process on medium speed until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with a slice of lemon if desired.
- Enjoy!
