Antioxidant-Rich Strawberry Rhubarb Smoothie
Ingredients
1 heaping cup whole strawberries (frozen or fresh)
¾ cup chopped, peeled rhubarb (2 stalks rhubarb)
½ cup lite or full-fat coconut milk (or unsweetened milk of choice)
¼ cup unsweetened milk
1-3 large medjool dates (or sweetener of choice)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 scoop Organixx Clean Sourced Collagens powder (optional)
¹⁄₁₆ teaspoon pink Himalayan/sea salt (optional)
Garnish with a dash of Ceylon cinnamon
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender container. Blend on high until a smooth consistency is reached.
- Add in ice for a thicker consistency and additional milk for a thinner consistency.
- Pour into a glass, sprinkle with cinnamon if desired, and enjoy!
