Happy Spring Green Juice
Ingredients
2 large handfuls organic baby spinach
5 organic kale leaves
3-4 stalks organic celery
½ cup (packed) organic parsley
1-2 organic apples (depending on desired sweetness)
1-inch of fresh turmeric root
½ organic lemon
½ cup coconut water (no sugar added)
Optional Stir-ins:

¹⁄₁₆ teaspoon (or more) cayenne pepper
Drizzle of raw honey (or stevia for added sweetness)
Instructions
- Juice all of the ingredients except the coconut water in a juicer.
- Whisk in optional add-ins.
