Collagen-Rich Raspberry Zucchini Smoothie
Ingredients
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup grated zucchini
- ¼ cup gluten-free oats
- 2 Tablespoons almond butter
- 1 large date (or preferred sweetener)
- 1 Tablespoon ground flax seed
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup preferred unsweetened milk (nut, oat, soy, coconut)
- 2 scoops Organixx Clean Sourced Collagens powder (optional)
- Ice for thicker consistency (optional)
Optional Toppings:
- Garnish with Ceylon cinnamon and/or lemon zest
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until desired consistency is reached. Add ice for thickness and more milk for thinning.
- Pour into a glass, garnish with optional toppings, and enjoy!
