Probiotic-Rich Raspberry Cantaloupe Parfait
Ingredients
6 oz fresh raspberries (about 1 cup)
1 scoop Organixx OrganiGreens green juice powder (optional)
Juice from ½ lemon (about 1 Tablespoon)
1 Tablespoon pure maple syrup or honey (or more to taste)
¹⁄₁₆ teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to taste)
1 ripe cantaloupe, cut into chunks or rounds
2 cups unsweetened probiotic-rich yogurt (dairy/non-dairy)
Optional Toppings:
Chopped nuts/seeds
GF granola
Unsweetened shredded coconut/coconut flakes
Instructions
- Add raspberries, Organixx OrganiGreens, lemon juice, sweetener, and cayenne to a blender container. Blend up well and set aside.
- Cut cantaloupe flesh into cubes or make balls using a melon baller.
- Create parfaits using the yogurt, cantaloupe, and raspberry puree. (As shown in the video: ¼ cup yogurt, 1-2 T sauce, 1 cup cantaloupe, ¼ cup yogurt, 1-2 T sauce + additional cantaloupe and desired topping)
- Serve and enjoy!
