Healthy Fruit Popsicles with Protein

Ingredients

    Chocolate Banana Protein Popsicles
  • 1 scoop of chocolate bone broth protein or Organixx Clean Sourced Collagens
  • ½ banana
  • 1 can (13-½ oz/400 ml) coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp cacao powder (optional for more intense chocolate flavor)
    Tropical Fruity Protein Popsicles
  • 1 scoop of vanilla bone broth protein or Organixx Clean Sourced Collagens
  • ¼ cup your choice of frozen fruit (e.g., cherries, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, peaches)
  • 1 drop lemon or orange essential oil
  • 1-2 Tbsp honey (optional for added sweetness)
  • 1 can (13-½ oz/400 ml) coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients for the chosen recipe in a blender. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
  2. Enjoy!
