Healthy Gut Prebiotic and Probiotic Peach Drink

Ingredients

2 cups fresh/frozen peaches (about 3 small peaches)
¾ – 1 cup unsweetened kefir (dairy or non-dairy)
1 teaspoon roasted chicory root
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
½ teaspoon ground ginger

Optional Add-ins:
1 tsp to 1 TBSP of your preferred sweetener (stevia, honey, etc.)
Ice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender container and blend up until desired consistency reached.
  2. Add more kefir for a thinner consistency or add ice to make it thicker.
  3. Pour into glasses, serve, and enjoy right away!
