Digestion Supporting Pineapple Lime Collagens Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup fresh pineapple
1 frozen banana (sub with half an avocado for less sweetness)
1 cup frozen riced cauliflower
1 Tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice (about ½ lime)
1 cup coconut milk (from a carton or canned for more fat)
1-2 scoops Organixx Clean Sourced Collagens powder
½ teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend up until smooth
  2. Add ice for a thicker consistency or more milk/water for a thinner smoothie.
  3. Serve and enjoy right away!
