Ingredients
- ½ medium organic cucumber
- 1 TBSP organic, virgin, unrefined coconut oil, melted
- ½ tsp organic, sweet almond oil
- ½ tsp organic, aloe vera juice (or fresh aloe gel)
- 3 drops of organic, pure vitamin E oil
- 3 drops of Reverse Anti-Aging Serum
Instructions
- Use a juicer to extract 2 tsp of juice from the cucumber. If you do not have a juicer, use a blender or processor to blend the cucumber until you can extract 2 tsp of juice. This can be done using a strainer, cheesecloth, or even a clean paper towel by wringing out the cucumber pulp.
- Combine melted coconut oil, almond oil, vitamin E, and anti-aging serum in a small mixing bowl. Whisk vigorously while slowly adding aloe vera and cucumber juice to the oil.
- In an environment that is under 70 degrees, allow the mixture to sit out for about 10-15 mins, whisking every few minutes. If it’s warmer, use the refrigerator and whisk every 2 mins. The mixture will start to harden and have a beautiful, even, light green color and smooth texture. Transfer to a storage container and store in a cool area.
- Apply it anywhere and everywhere on your skin (just not your face as coconut oil is not recommended for your face).
Notes
Check out the ingredient benefits for your skin!
- Cucumber – contains folic acid to fight toxins, vitamin C to facilitate skin growth, and antioxidant components that help reduce wrinkles. These components help your skin to appear healthier, youthful, and firmer.
- Coconut Oil – bolsters your skin’s protective barrier, locking moisture inside and keeping skin supple and hydrated. Reduces inflammation. Coconut oil has anti-inflammatory properties, making it beneficial for irritated, chafed skin. Bonus, it also increases collagen production.
- Almond Oil – helps reverse damage from the sun, while reducing the appearance of scars and stretch marks. Almond oil also improves skin’s overall appearance through hydration, leaving you with a luminous glow. As an added bonus, almond oil can even out your skin tone and texture and help to reduce and prevent wrinkles.
- Aloe Vera Juice – loaded with antioxidants and vitamins, aloe juice, is an ultra-healer for our skin. With its powerful vitamin and nutrient profile, aloe juice heals skin issues such as dry skin, acne, skin inflammation, psoriasis, and dermatitis.
- Vitamin E Oil – nourishes and moisturizes your skin. Vitamin E oil is also known to reduce hyperpigmentation and wrinkles. Vitamin E is anti-inflammatory and several studies have supported its prevention of inflammatory damage after UV exposure. Topical vitamin E can reduce UV-induced skin thickness, skin swelling, and edema.
- Reverse Anti-Aging Serum – was scientifically formulated to flood the layers of your skin with natural, clean, and pure ingredients that support cellular structure and promote a luminous, smooth, and even-looking complexion. This anti-wrinkle serum is built on the perfect two-nutrient combination of organic tremella mushroom and argan plant stem cells, combined with patented anti-aging ingredients and nourishing skin oils rich in healing antioxidants. Reverse penetrates beyond the skin’s surface and works at a cellular level to keep skin hydrated and radiant while minimizing wrinkle depth and appearance.
