Nutrient-Rich Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk
- 1 cup chopped kale (about 2 large leaves)
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 scoop Organixx OrganiGreens
- 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root
- ½ teaspoon ground turmeric powder (or ½ TBSP grated fresh turmeric root)
- Pinch of ground black pepper
