Nutrient-Dense Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 handful of organic baby spinach (about 1 cup)
  • 1 organic banana (OR ½ banana OR ½ cup berries OR 2-3 Medjool dates OR omit completely)
  • 1 scoop Organixx OrganiGreens
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk (e.g., nut/oat/hemp/coconut milk)
  • ½ cup gluten-free oats

Optional toppings:

  • Walnuts/pecans, shredded coconut, pumpkin seeds, berries or other fresh fruit, honey, Ceylon cinnamon, stevia

Instructions

  1. In a blender, blend up spinach, banana, OrganiGreens with milk until smooth.
  2. Pour into a small pot and stir in oats.
  3. Cook over medium heat until oatmeal begins to bubble. Turn down heat to low and cook, stirring continuously, until desired thickness is reached (3-7 minutes).
  4. Top with desired toppings and enjoy!
