Ingredients Highlights
Cacao powder is high in many essential vitamins and minerals as well as fiber. In fact, raw organic cacao powder contains even more antioxidants than blueberries! Cocoa powder (with 2 “O”s) is more processed than cacao and therefore retains fewer nutrients.
In addition to tasting great, Ceylon cinnamon is a very powerful spice. It contains an active compound called cinnamaldehyde that has been found to help protect against both Alzheimer’s disease and diabetes.
Organixx OrganiGreens is a revolutionary organic green juice powder made with 17 sprouted & fermented superfoods and botanicals for maximum nutrition.
Organixx Brain Health 8 is a supplement made with 8 wild-sourced and organic botanicals that support and help enhance good brain health and cognition.
Tahini is made by grinding up sesame seeds. Similar to nut butters, it is a calorically dense food that is rich in minerals. You can easily make tahini at home by grinding sesame seeds in a food processor or high-speed blender until they turn into a smooth and creamy paste.
Hi Shirley,
Yes, blend everything up including the coffee to create this delicious drink.
Enjoy and much health to you!
Katrina
Also, if I don’t use milk, how will all those powders plus a little tahini mix up in a blender? Seems like it would be a clumpy ball that would be hard to dissolve in the coffee. Maybe I should try pouring the brewed coffee into the blender with all those powders.
If all I’m putting into this is my 1-2 Tblsp of ‘preferred sweetener’ - where are the 29 g of sugar coming from (listed in your Notes)?
