Healing Hot Cocoa
Ingredients
1 can (13.5 oz) light coconut milk
½ cup filtered water
2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
1/16 teaspoon (or more) cayenne pepper
1/16 teaspoon pink Himalayan/sea salt
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional)
2 Tablespoons local honey (to taste) (or your preferred sweetener)
2 capsules Organixx Mult-Vita-Maxx, opened (optional)
Instructions
- To a blender, add all of your ingredients and blend up well.
- Pour into a small saucepan and heat over medium heat while whisking until the desired temperature is reached.
- Serve warm with optional toppings. Enjoy!

Karen, you can use whatever substitutes you want. She states that in the video. Sub for sugar or honey, or nothing at all to sweeten. That goes for the milk as well. Many of us are off of dairy, there are many alternative milks. Coconut milk happens to be very good for us. Almond milk, hazelnut milk, oat milk, there are many alternatives! ;).
This is also very good to drink in the evening. It is very relaxing! Thank you!

I don’t drink milk & don’t use sugar or honey. Any substitutes ?
