Gut Repair Shake
Ingredients
- 1 pear
- 12 ounces coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon raw honey
- 1 scoop of bone broth protein or Organixx Clean Sourced Collagens
- Ice or filtered water, as needed for a thinner consistency (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Slice pear in half and place face down on baking sheet. Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
- When pear is cooked, place all ingredients in blender and purée until smooth. Add water and ice to blend as necessary for desired texture.

Some are saying that bone broth is toxic.
Also, doesn’t protein cause an increase in inflammation ? Agf1-I can’t remember but it’s an inflammatory marker.
