Cleansing Grape Cucumber Ginger Juice
Ingredients
3 cups organic washed green or red grapes (about 1 lb)
½ organic cucumber, chopped & peeled (about 1 cup)
1-2 inches fresh ginger root, peeled & chopped
2 cups filtered water
Dash of Ceylon cinnamon
Instructions
- Heat water in a small pot over medium heat until it begins to gently boil. Remove pot from heat and add in chopped ginger root. Let steep for about 5 minutes (more or less depending on desired ginger flavor).
- Remove ginger root pieces and discard or save for another use. Place grapes, cucumber, and warm ginger water into a high-speed blender. Blend up well. Strain juice through a nut milk bag.
- To serve, pour into a glass, garnish with Ceylon cinnamon, and enjoy! Store juice covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
