Gingery Peaches & Coconut Cream Kombucha Float
Ingredients
2 fresh peaches, chopped & frozen (about 2 cups)
½ cup coconut cream, hardened (place can of full-fat coconut milk in refrigerator overnight to separate water from cream)
1 Tablespoon chia seeds
½ teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
16 oz bottle of ginger/peach kombucha
Optional Ingredients:
1-2 scoops Organixx Clean Sourced Collagens powder
1 Tablespoon coconut sugar (or preferred sweetener)
½ teaspoon grated ginger root
Instructions
- To a food processor or high-speed blender container, add frozen peaches, coconut cream, chia seeds, cinnamon, and any optional ingredients (sugar, ginger, and collagens powder). Process until desired consistency is reached.
- Divide peaches & cream mixture into 3 serving glasses. Place glasses in freezer for 10 minutes to allow mixture to harden up a bit.
- Remove glasses from the freezer, top with kombucha, and enjoy!
