Notes

Check out the ingredient benefits for your skin!

  • Yogurt – rich in antioxidants, such as vitamin E, chia seeds can help protect the skin from damage caused by free radicals, reduce premature aging and keep skin looking youthful.
  • Maple Syrup – like raw honey, maple syrup supports lower skin inflammation, blemishes, dryness, and redness. Jam-packed with antioxidants and nutrients, maple syrup helps your skin to retain its moisture. Swap that refined sugar for maple syrup and enjoy this natural hydrator in your daily regimen.
  • Honey – one of nature’s most treasured skin remedies, its antibacterial and antiseptic abilities, benefit oily and acne-prone skin. Honey is also a natural humectant, keeping the skin moist but not oily. It pulls moisture from the skin without replacing it. Honey’s natural enzymes gently exfoliate the skin, keeping the pores clear of oil, impurities, and dirt. It also supports reduced breakouts, by regulating the bacteria on the skin.
  • Spirulina – is rich in antioxidants, which help protect the skin from free radical damage. This can reduce fine lines and wrinkles and minimize other signs of aging.
  • Clean Sourced Collagens – collagen is a protein and the literal “glue” that holds your body together. Research shows supplementing with collagen can help smooth wrinkles, keep skin taut and plump, strengthen nails, and promote full, healthy hair growth.
