  • 1⁄2 banana
  • 3⁄4 cup frozen peaches
  • 1⁄2 cup goat milk kefir OR yogurt
  • 1 cup almond OR coconut milk
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice OR cinnamon
  • one scoop of pure bone broth protein powder
  • vanilla extract and stevia to taste

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth, adding extra liquid if needed.
