Cranberry Lemon Ginger Juice
Ingredients
2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
1-inch fresh ginger root, sliced
2 cinnamon sticks
3 whole cloves (optional)
3 cups filtered water
Juice of ½ lemon (about 2 Tablespoons)
Stevia to taste (or preferred sweetener)
Instructions
- Add cranberries, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and water to a pot and bring to a boil. Turn down heat, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Carefully mash up cranberries with a potato masher and continue to simmer for about 5 more minutes.
- Pour into a high-speed blender and blend up well. Strain juice through a fine-mesh sieve. Add lemon juice and stevia to taste.
- Enjoy warm or cold.
