Vitamin C-Rich Citrus Smoothie

Ingredients

2 large or 3 small grapefruits, peeled
3 clementines or 2 small oranges, peeled
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds (I’m using spicy pumpkin seeds) (or more)
1 teaspoon ground ginger
½ cup coconut milk or your preferred milk/water

Optional add-in
1-2 scoops Organixx Clean Sourced Collagens Powder

Instructions

  1. Blend up all ingredients well allowing blender to run for a bit until smooth. Enjoy!
