Ingredients

6 organic pears (about 1.5 lb), peeled, halved & cored (I used very firm Bartlett pears)
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
¼ cup filtered water (or more)

Optional Collagens Boost:
Stir in 1 scoop of Organixx Clean Sourced Collagens powder per serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Peel pears, cut in half and remove core and stem, and place sliced side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Roast in preheated oven for about 35-55 minutes or until easily pierced with a fork. Remove pan from oven and let pears cool slightly.
  3. Add roasted pears to a blender along with cinnamon, lemon, and filtered water. Blend up until desired consistency is reached, adding more water for a thinner consistency. Stir in Organixx Clean Sourced Collagens powder, if using.
  4. Store pear sauce covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Enjoy!
