Ingredients

8 large pitted Medjool dates
½ cup tahini
½ cup dark chocolate chips
⅛ teaspoon pink Himalayan/sea salt
1 Tablespoon coconut oil
1-2 scoops Organixx Clean Sourced Collagens powder (optional)

Variations:
Like to add a little spice? Add 1/16 teaspoon (or more) cayenne pepper to your melted chocolate
Love cinnamon? Add ¼ teaspoon (or more) cinnamon to your melted chocolate
Don’t like tahini? Substitute with almond/peanut/sunflower butter

Instructions

  1. Place dates, tahini, Organixx Clean Sourced Collagens powder (and cinnamon/cayenne, if using) into food processor. Pulse and let run to fully incorporate ingredients. Add in filtered water if dough is too thick and gluten-free flour if too thin, 1 tablespoon at a time.
  2. Shape dough into small rounds and place on parchment-lined baking sheet. Place in freezer while making the coating.
  3. In a double broiler, melt chocolate chips. Stir in coconut oil.
  4. Dip each round into chocolate, coating completely.
  5. Place chocolate-coated bites back onto baking sheet and place sheet in the freezer again, anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  6. Store bites in refrigerator and enjoy!

  1. If you could technically change the "print this page" to "print this recipe", it would be great. 2 pages is better than 9 pages.
