Chocolate Honey Oat Orange Balls

Ingredients Highlights

Ingredients

½ cup almond butter
¼ cup honey
2 Tablespoons ground flax seed
Zest from 1 organic orange (1 heaping Tablespoon)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon pink Himalayan/sea salt
1 cup uncooked QUICK steel-cut oats (the kind that can be cooked in 5 minutes, but don’t cook!)
½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes/unsweetened shredded coconut
1.5 ounces chopped dark chocolate (about 1/3 cup)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together almond butter, honey, flax seed, orange zest, vanilla, and salt.
  2. Add in oats, coconut, and chocolate. Stir together well.
  3. Scoop into desired sized balls.
  4. Store in refrigerator and enjoy!
