Chocolate Avocado Mousse Recipe
Ingredients
- 2-3 tablespoon raw unsweetened cacao powder
- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or raw honey
- ½ teaspoon ground Ceylon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Organixx Organic OrganiGreens
- 1 avocado, peeled and pit removed
- ½ cup strawberries (an optional topping, if desired)
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. (Note: Mash avocado with fork and add cacao/maple syrup if food processor isn’t available.)
- Taste mousse. For richer chocolate flavor, add more raw cacao powder. For sweeter taste, add more maple syrup or honey.
