Chocolate Avocado Mousse Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2-3 tablespoon raw unsweetened cacao powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or raw honey
  • ½ teaspoon ground Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Organixx Organic OrganiGreens
  • 1 avocado, peeled and pit removed
  • ½ cup strawberries (an optional topping, if desired)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. (Note: Mash avocado with fork and add cacao/maple syrup if food processor isn’t available.)
  2. Taste mousse. For richer chocolate flavor, add more raw cacao powder. For sweeter taste, add more maple syrup or honey.
