Carrot Ginger Coconut Milk
Ingredients
8 organic medium-sized carrots (about 3/4 lb)
1-inch organic ginger root, washed
½ cup lite coconut milk + ½ cup filtered water (or 1 cup of your preferred milk)
½ teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
¹⁄₁₆ teaspoon pink Himalayan/sea salt
Optional Ingredients:

Instructions
