Ingredients Highlights
Cacao powder is high in many essential vitamins, minerals, and fiber. In fact, raw organic cacao powder contains even more antioxidants than blueberries! Cocoa powder is more processed and therefore retains fewer nutrients.
Flaxseed is rich in heart-healthy omega 3s, and the soluble and insoluble fiber promotes regularity, which helps eliminate toxins from the body.
Maple syrup provides a number of minerals including manganese, zinc, calcium, and potassium. It also contains amino acids, antioxidants, and even some anti-inflammatory compounds.
For the healthiest option, look for an organic peanut butter that doesn’t contain any added sugar, oil, or preservatives.
Organixx Clean Sourced Collagens powder provides 5 types of collagen from 4 real food sources, as well as vitamin C from camu camu & acerola cherry, horsetail extract (silica), and zinc gluconate.

Wont the oats be hard and raw? Can you use the good Ol Quaker Oats?
