Blueberry, Strawberry & Peach Summer Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup peaches
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 handfuls organic kale
  • 1 teaspoon powdered turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

  1. Looks good but thats a lot of sugar, I'd do a 1/2 cup each of the fruit and I don't use straws I use a small spoon to eat it.
