Ingredients Highlights

Apples contain fiber, vitamin C, pectin, and polyphenols which have been associated with anti-inflammatory effects and an increase in “good” bacteria in the gut.

Coconut milk is powerfully antiviral and helps fight bacteria and fungus, the common cold, flu, Candida, and H. pylori. It is also loaded with folate, which is essential for healthy brain development in infants and is needed to make DNA and other genetic material.

Coconut sugar has the consistency of sugar, but has a much lower glycemic index.

Lemon is high in vitamin C, which is required for countless bodily functions including skin, immune system, and cardiovascular health.
