    1st batch of ingredients:
  • 2 lbs organic strawberries, sliced or chopped
  • 2 organic red apples, chopped
  • 1 tsp finely chopped fresh turmeric root
  • 1 tsp finely chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 cup ground black chia seeds
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 2nd batch of ingredients:
  • Juice of one lemon, freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup goji berries
  • 1 Tbsp organic hemp powder
  • 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp raw honey

  1. Prepare the first batch of ingredients and place in food processor or blender. Blend until well mixed.
  2. Add the 2nd batch of ingredients to the blended mixture. Blend again.
  3. Store in a sealed jar in the fridge.

    • Hi Maureen! This is a recipe made with fresh ingredients and there are no preservatives so you’ll need to use your best judgment. It should keep well in a sealed container (i.e. mason jar) in the fridge for around 1-2 weeks, but if the color or odor is off, then please discard.

  1. I am using ground chia seeds to thicken my jams now. They work great and add more nutrition to it.

  2. I don’t see a written recipe for the jam. I see that other people have asked for it to be posted but that never happened.

      Superfood Strawberry Jam

      Ingredients:
      1st batch
      2lbs chopped organic strawberries
      2 pcs. chopped organic apples
      1 tsp finely chopped fresh turmeric root
      1 tsp finely chopped fresh ginger
      1 1.2 tsp cinnamon powder
      1/4 cup ground black chia seeds
      a pinch of sea salt
      a pinch of black pepper

      2nd batch
      1 freshly squeezed lemon juice
      1/4 cup goji berries
      1 tbsp organic hemp powder
      1/4 cup + 2 tbsp raw honey

      Steps:
      1. Prepare the first batch of ingredients and mix everything in a bowl.
      2. Blend.
      3. Add the 2nd batch of ingredients to the blended jam. Blend again.
