Diane Goodrich says
how long will this last in the fridge? Can you freeze it?
Customer Service says
Hi Diane, thank you for your question.
Since this recipe is made with fresh ingredients and there are no preservatives, we suggest using your best judgment. It should keep well in a sealed container, such as a mason jar, in the fridge for around 1-2 weeks, but if you notice the color or odor is off, then please discard.
Homemade jam can be frozen for long-term storage. If you want to freeze it, be sure to leave 1/2" of headspace at the top of the container so there is enough room for the jam to expand when frozen.
Hope this helps. Let us know if you decide to recreate the recipe. We'd love to know how it turns out for you.
Thank you so much for being here with us. We hope you have a great day!
Georgie says
I don’t see a written recipe for the jam. I see that other people have asked for it to be posted but that never happened.

Sorry about that, Georgie. We'll make sure to update the article to include the written recipe. In the meantime, here's the complete recipe that you can copy and paste for printing:

I am using ground chia seeds to thicken my jams now. They work great and add more nutrition to it.
