Feel Good Raw Cacao Chia Pudding

  • ½ cup chia seeds (soaked in 2 cups of spring water for 30 minutes)
  • 1 small handful kale (center stem removed)
  • ½ cup raw cacao powder
  • ¼ cup raw cold-pressed coconut oil
  • ¼ cup raw honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup nut milk
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp Ceylon cinnamon
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper powder
  • Generous pinch of Himalayan or sea salt


  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Garnish with cacao nibs.
  3. Enjoy!
