Pre-Workout Coconut Porridge Recipe
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop of bone broth protein or Organixx Clean Sourced Collagens
- 1⁄2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄4 teaspoon stevia
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt
- Berries of choice for topping
- Place all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve with berries on top.

Just please keep in mind that although both the Bone Broth Powder and the Clean Sourced Collagens are excellent sources of collagen, there may be some differences in taste and texture because of the substitution. Let us know how your own twist to this recipe turns up, we'd love to know!
Tried this. Nice. It had a kinda weird taste, must be since its main ingredient is shredded coconut. I used blueberries for topping; My favourite bites were the ones with blueberries. It's a one-timer for me, but that's just my personal taste. It's worth a try.
