Ingredients Highlights

Cacao powder is high in many essential vitamins and minerals as well as fiber.

Chia seeds are loaded with protein, fiber, iron, potassium, calcium, and omega 3s. Chia’s gel-forming properties slow down the conversion of carbohydrates into sugar, helping to stabilize blood sugar.

Collagen helps maintain the structure and integrity of skin, hair, nails, muscle tissue, bones, tendons, and more. Organixx Clean Sourced Collagens includes targeted nutrients such as zinc, vitamin C, and vitamin B6 which may help to enhance the bioavailability and potency of collagen.

  1. Hi Bob!

I love eggs in the mornings too - they are one of my favorite proteins. "Healthy" is so individual, you know? That's why I try to incorporate lots of different substitutions in recipes. I believe that one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves is discovering what our body needs to be it's best (and it changes over time!).

Sending you and your wife much health,

    Katrina

  2. Hi Carol!

Chia seeds in oatmeal sounds delicious. Hope you like this chia pudding :-)

    Much health to you,

    Katrina

  3. Thank you for this recipe! I keep chia seeds on hand and add chia seeds to oatmeal. Excited to try this pudding recipe.

  4. Thank you for the "healthy" suggestion. I mostly make two eggs in the am-fantastic protein. I make then fried, scrambled, over easy, etc. in a spray of oilive oil in the pan. This can be a healthy supplement as well. I like the idea of the cocoa chips. I throw in avocado as well. My wife may like the pudding idea-thank you again!
