  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • ½ cup frozen or fresh broccoli
  • 1 large handful of spinach
  • ½ – 1 frozen banana (depending on desired sweetness)
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 – 1 ½ cups filtered water or green tea or unsweetened nut milk
  • ½ – 1 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper

  1. Add all ingredients to blender container and blend on high until smooth.
