Cool as a Cucumber Soup
Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber, peeled and seeds removed
- 2 avocados
- 1 bunch of green onions
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- Juice of 2 lemons
- ¾ cup water (more if you like a thinner consistency)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Chopped herbs for garnish (optional)
- 2-3 capsules of Multi-Vita-Maxx, opened (optional)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend for a minute until smooth.
- Chill for 20-30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
- Serve cold, garnished with some chopped herbs if desired.
