Cool as a Cucumber Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber, peeled and seeds removed
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 bunch of green onions
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • ¾ cup water (more if you like a thinner consistency)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Chopped herbs for garnish (optional)
  • 2-3 capsules of Multi-Vita-Maxx, opened (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend for a minute until smooth.
  2. Chill for 20-30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
  3. Serve cold, garnished with some chopped herbs if desired.
