No-Bake Chocolate Protein Oat Bars

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together bone broth and collagen powders. Add in cashew butter and almond milk and mix well. Mix in oats, chocolate chips, and walnuts.
  2. Press mixture into a lightly greased 8×8 pan. Refrigerate for about three hours. Remove from fridge and cut into desired number of bars. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.

  1. How many grams of sugar will there be if I use vanilla almond milk instead of chocolate and not put in the chocolate chips???

  2. In the video, Katrina said steel cut oats. But the printed recipe says rolled oats. I’ve never used steel cut oats, but I can imagine there could be a difference in how these will turn out if you did it the one way than the other.
