I followed the recipe exactly and it did not turn out at all....it did not harden into bars.
It was very disappointing because I am delivering a meal to someone tomorrow and this was to be their dessert.
The results taste OK and can be eaten with a spoon. What a waste of ingredients! I used all the recommended ingredients, did not substitute anything. The Organic Collagen powder did not have a scoop in the bag so I used 2 T instead of two scoops not knowing what the measurement would be.
May you all have better luck than I did!

In the video, Katrina said steel cut oats. But the printed recipe says rolled oats. I’ve never used steel cut oats, but I can imagine there could be a difference in how these will turn out if you did it the one way than the other.
Customer Service says
Thanks for your feedback, Ann!
We apologize for the confusion. We just updated our ingredients list wherein we stated that either rolled or steel-cut oats may be used for this recipe.
We hope this clears things up. Have fun recreating these bars!

What is sprouted oats and where can we find it to purchase? Or make ??
Customer Service says
Hi Lauren, thank you for tuning in!
Sprouted Rolled Oats is the result when the gluten free oats are sprouted before to unleash their superpowers. Katrina mentioned in the video at around 1:35 that they are easier to digest and can help clean out the colon.
There are many brands available for you to purchase online, like Amazon.
Have fun recreating this recipe!
Alina says
Hi,
Would the recipe work without the collagen powder or even the broth powder? Thank you
Customer Service says
Hi Alina, thank you for tuning in!
Please feel free to substitute the ingredients for this recipe according to your preference.
However, please keep in mind the difference in the taste/texture/appearance of the end result when the original recipe is not followed.

What could be substituted for the oats? Chia seeds, green banana flour,?
