Blueberry Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces coconut or almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1⁄2 banana or ½ of an avocado
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon, optional
  • 1 scoop of plain or vanilla Organixx Bone Broth Protein powder
  • Crushed ice, optional

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and purée until smooth, adding additional nut milk and ice to blend as necessary.

  1. Is the source of the collagen bovine? If so, do you know whether a person who has acquired the “alpha Gal” meat allergy from a tick bite can consume this product? Does it contain the bovine alpha galactosidase protein that triggers an allergic response?
