  • 12 ounces coconut OR almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1⁄2 banana or ½ of an avocado
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon, optional
  • 1 scoop of pure organic bone broth protein
  • Crushed ice, optional

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and purée until smooth, adding additional nut milk and ice to blend as necessary.
