Refreshing Mango Lime Popsicles
Ingredients
- 3 cups mango, cubed (3 large or 5 small mangos)
- ¼ cup coconut cream
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice
- Stevia to taste (optional)
Variations for different dietary needs:
- Keto version: substitute mango with 1 ½ cups blueberries and increase coconut cream to ½ cup.
- Extra collagen boost: Add in 1-2 scoops of Organixx Clean Sourced Collagens powder.
- Extra energy boost: Steep a green tea bag in ¼ cup of filtered water. Add tea concentrate.
- Extra texture: Pulse ingredients together a few times leaving a chunkier consistency.
- Lower fat: Substitute favorite nut/oat milk for coconut cream.
- Don’t like stevia: Use 1-2 Tablespoons honey/maple syrup or preferred sweetener
Instructions
- Blend up all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Pour into popsicle molds and place in the freezer.
- Allow to thaw for a minute or 2 before removing popsicles from molds. Enjoy
- Have left-over mixture? Drink it up like a smoothie or pour into an ice cube tray and freeze.
