    Chana Masala:
  • Dried chickpeas
  • 1 black tea bag
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 small onion or 1/2 large onion
  • 2 Tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 3 green chilis
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 3 Tbsp yogurt
  • A little bit of water to prevent sticking
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 ½ cup organic Greek yogurt
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 small cucumber
  • Pinch of paprika
